This session introduces the major categories of Yantras and explores the relationship between Yantra, Mantra, Devata, and Tantra within traditional sādhana.
Using the Śrī Chakra as a central case study, it examines the structural elements of a Yantra, including the bindu, triangles, lotus rings, circles, and bhūpura. The session also introduces the roles of bīja mantras, mudrā, pūjā, devotional orientation, and meditation.
Participants are introduced to foundational Yantropāsana practices, guided observation, and the importance of tradition-specific sources and qualified guidance for initiation-dependent procedures.
