The Yoga of Vedic Chanting presents Vedic chanting as a yogic practice for cultivating presence, nervous system regulation, and inner transformation.
Drawing upon the Vedas, Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras, Haṭha Yoga,
and Nāda Yoga, the session connects traditional teachings with contemporary
perspectives from neurobiology and Polyvagal Theory.
Through guided listening, precise chanting, posture, conscious breathing, and sensory withdrawal, participants explore practices that support focused attention and meditation.
The session also covers Sanskrit pronunciation, Vedic accents, mantra chanting,
and the relationship between voice, breath, awareness, and wellbeing.
